Postpartum Online Coaching:
Finding time with a newborn for an in-person consultation can be tough!
These online video coaching sessions are great to learn what you can be doing before your 6-week check-up to start reconnecting and retraining your deep abdominals, pelvic floor, etc. Get an individualized exercise program specific to your needs to help you return to fitness & get your questions answered from the comfort of your own home!
30-minute and 60-minute sessions available!
These online sessions can also be used as a way to check-in & stay accountable after finishing formal, in-person physical therapy with me!
Doing an online session 1-2x/month for 1-4 months following in-person physical therapy can be beneficial to continue to progress and build a specific exercise program, answer questions, troubleshoot aches/pains, and ensure proper form with exercises!
