Our appointments are 45 minutes to 1 hour in duration, all with one-on-one, undivided attention and care. At the end of the session, you will receive a detailed exercise program specific to your needs with videos and instructions to follow.

Our goal is to help you manage your own health and thus, we only see you as often as you need it based on our clinical judgement at that time. We typically do not utilize the 2-3x/week method, unless you are post-op, because it wastes money and does not facilitate the patient taking an active role in their health! However, if you need multiple follow-ups, we do offer packages at a discounted rate!

Do I need a physician's referral or script to schedule?

No, you do not! You can make an appointment right now!
Ohio is a Direct Access state for physical therapy, which means you can go straight to a physical therapist without having to see your doctor first! Your physical therapist will work together with your physician or other healthcare providers, as needed and along with you, to ensure you are receiving the highest quality care!

Do You Accept Insurance?

We are a cash-based practice, with the exception that we do accept Medicare insurance for physical therapy services. The term "cash-based" is used to set us apart from the traditional insurance model. The cash-based model allows us to provide the highest quality of care possible, spend one-on-one time with our patients, and be transparent in the cost of our services.

All payments are made at the time of service via cash, credit/debit card, or check. If applicable, you may also use your Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account dollars on physical therapy.

Although we do not bill your insurance directly, you can get reimbursed! We provide you with an invoice that includes all necessary documentation. You will then need to submit that to your insurance company and they will reimburse you directly! We will help you with any questions about the process!
