I have been to several other PTs to help with my low back/hip pain but I felt like she actually listened to me when I told her that some of even the "basic" exercises that I was often prescribed were hard for me because I wasn't feeling them where I was supposed to. She helped me realize that I was actually tensing up a lot in my pelvic floor and areas of pain that I needed to focus on relaxing everything before I could work on strengthening.
